Brothers Rory and Luke moved to Australia from South Africa, and loved making the most of our wonderful great outdoors. But they found that they couldn’t find any equivalent to the high protein, low carb dried meat products and biltong of South Africa that they often would take with them hiking as a handy and energising snack. Together with besties Tom and Matt they set to work to create their own – and the rest is history! We love Barbell foods for an authentic, old school healthy high protein snack.
